I was in KC last month and I ate at a place called Chef J BBQ.

Very very good bbq. Just mouthwatering.

I would love to know what rub and sauce was on those ribs.

I'm sure the OP will answer the question , but I was interested too so I looked up the menu . Looks like they serve a " Mexican corn " . Interesting .
