I just found this site, a couple days ago, and I'm glad I did. I've been smoking meat for about 10 or 11 years. My first true taste of barbecue was in Texas, about 21 years ago, and I was hooked. I still prefer Texas BBQ to any other. I use a New Braunfels smoker(not sure of the model), and I don't get to use it as often as I would like. I'm looking forward to learning some new things on here, and just thought I would say "hi".
