Kabanosy Bites

Some of you may be familiar with Hank Shaws recipes. This is his kabanosy recipe. I broke it down for this small 1/2 lb batch.

I used 1/4 tsp of blc007 mixed into 2 T distilled water. If you have one them conversion charts use it, i just eyed my dry stuff.
18mm collagen. they were a real pita to twist. I found if you have some of the mix in the twist they will stay better. I may twist and tie next time.
Since they are so small smoke time was only 3 hrs. (yeah i know what they look like, be nice this is a family forum)

Im going to make a larger 2.5 pound batch soon, i will get more pics.
