Thank you for the acceptance to your group. I have just recently purchased an electric smoker. So far I have done a couple back rib racks and both beef and pork roasts. I am in Nebraska about 69 miles west of Omaha. I have been doing OK so far and all of my meats have turned out well for just pulling tips off of the internet. To day I am going to do 2 pork loin roasts I have an apple wood flavored rub on them and am brining the smoker up to temp. Again I am just starting out and have only been a back yard griller in the past.
