My name is Mary and I am from Laurel, Ms. My husband is an avid deer hunter , almost rather hunt than breathe....anyways. We love the deer sausage you get from the processing places that have jalapeno and cheese deer sausage...not the summer sausage...love it too,but trying to learn to make our own ( looks more like a ground sausage)but it is in a casing...need a Recipe have the grinder, mixer ,stuffer ,and of course the electric smoker.... any help out there will be appreciated.....This kind of smoking is hazardous to my weight gain and I want to Learn much more about it....Thanks guys and Bring On the Lessons and the Recipes.
