250 give or take the whole cook. Wasn’t planning on it but had to crutch for the last hour cause was far behind. One seasoned with MC honey hog and other with honey hog hot.

Man those look great ! How do the like HHH ? Use the MCHH on a regular basis but have tried the Hot.

I showed my wife the pics of your ribs and she just about flipped. But not for why you would think. She said "WHY WOULD SOMEONE PUT RIBS ON A FABRIC CUTTING BOARD!!" Needless to say my wife does quilting for a hobby and almost lost her mind.

I figure it's a good idea. Perfect cutting board. Ribs look amazing also.
