My name is Kate. I live in Nebraska. I just bought a green mountain pellet smoker. I am new to smoking so I am learning as I go.
 
Hi Kate - Welcome to the forum. You say you are new but have you done any smoking and grilling so far? What kind of things are you thinking about smoking?
