    Back to intro. I have refurbished my old offset smoker with a Stoker from Rock's. For the first time ever I can hold the heat down to 230!

    Brined and smoked 2 15lb birds Thursday, another on Saturday.  We all luv Jef'fs Rib Rub!

    I have done a lot of work sealing up this old firebox but it is paying off!
