What up SMF. Been reading a while now, decided to light the fire. I'm from CenCal, and cook a lot. Starting a catering business on side and learning a lot. I cook on a BGE XL, Weber 22.5, Chargriller Offset, UDS, and MC PR60. I love the outdoors due to growing up in ETEX/La. Looking forward to the fun, will post pics as soon as a figure things out. New to forums.
