Greetings from southern Wisconsin. I just bought a wood pellet smoker at the beginning of the long weekend. I've smoked a pork butt that I pulled, two racks of ribs and even grilled a little chicken on it already. I love it can't wait to get all kinds of ideas from this forum. Thanks for having me.
