I found a pork roast on sale for $4.00 (1.5lb) and thought
I'd throw it on the smoker along with some wings I was
doing as a going away gift for a friend. I kept the pork:
This is the rub my wife brought back from Ft. Worth Riscky's Restaurant.
This a Hormel brand Onion & Garlic. I wouldn't buy it again as is seemed thrown together. you'll see what I mean later. It changes shape. LOL
It kind of just unrolled into this. I inject the heck out of it as you can see it leaking out.
Sorry the pics are blurry. I've got to get a new camera. Probably before the gathering in November.
And this is all I could do with it. The rest will go to another friend at work.
A triple decker with colby jack, lettuce, tomatoe, mayo and hot sauce.
