Yep it's the sams club cart. Smaller one is going in the cooler now. About another 12 degrees on the other.

Actually finished quicker than I planned so I get to go to bed early.

Took a bit out for lunches tomorrow and the rest is getting vac sealed and frozen tomorrow. Sooooooo good!

Looks good, and you got some sleep.  That would be a first for me? I usually smoke all day and half the night and my loving other half ends up with the pulling duties.
