Tonight's dinner is some country ribs i got on sale and Sous Vide mashed taters and corn.
The season is just a simple BBQ dry rub from weber and todays pellet is a mix of maple/hickory/cherry. The potatoes are peeled/washed and sliced then sealed in with some milk /salt/pepper/ cold smoked hickory butter and little Italian seasonings.

Sous Vide is working its way up to 195 and will be there for 2 hours. The potatoes were absolutely delicious and the meat was super tasty. The wife even asked me when I had time to make the gravy for the potatoes. And to her surprise there was no gravy lol

The potatoes were a modified version of this recipe.
