Was working on dinner last night and had to leave in the middle of it. So i left it in the hands of the family to finish (basically take it out of the cooker). But it turned out pretty good either way.
bacon wrapped kielbasa and some steaks sliced from a small roast. I tried a few of the kielbasas in the frying pan and they were oh so yummy even not in the smoker.
The steak was good but I was not able to finish it like i wanted
