Had to try out my new Hexclad pans. Bacon cooked perfectly. No curls. I normally a Bacon Wave mircowave cooker.

Hashbrowns next. Not use to how slick these are and messed up the flip.

Tried to talk myself into doing eggs in the pan but I love these 4 hole pans. Cook perfectly every time. Put water into one of the holes. When water starts to boil put eggs in. I broke one but no big deal. I kind of like them like that. When egg starts to cover over turn off heat. Wiggle pan. You can see yolks move around and take off when how you like them. I use a small rubber spatula to remove eggs.

Some of my no knead Pheasant Bread. It toast just like its sourdough. I slice pretty thin and freeze.

The broke eggs still cooked perfectly.

Pans worked great for first cook. I think I am really going to like these. Now I got to clean out my pan drawer. Might retire the carbon steel pans.

Nice breakfast Brian! I put my eggs on the hashbrowns and purposely break the yolk!

Nice enabling lol!

Fine way to start the day Brian.

Point for sure

That looks delicious for a first run. I bet you enjoy those pans. Just as a side, I like to dust my cooked eggs with Chimayo red Chile. It just adds another level. Nice work Brian.

AFTER A START LIKE THAT THE REST OF YOUR DAY SHOULD GO PRETTY DARNED WELL BRIAN, NICE WORK! I'M NOT FALLING FOR THE "EGG PAN" ENABLING EITHER, I DO MY EGGS IN THE BACON GREASE LIKE MAMA TAUGHT ME. RAY

Thanks Eric. That a good idea. I got my chili powder couple days ago. Last time I vacuum pack but it gets pretty hard doing that. How you store yours?
