I'm a big fan of meatloaf!.....so I'll have some of that "just meatloaf" for sure!......PS- I've eaten in a high end place in Minnesota that got $42 a plate for some Kobe Beef meatloaf.........

Very nice meal. One of my Dads favorites we take around to him, I also do the same thing with the mince - Beef and pork mince, tastes so good.

Nice, looks delicious. I just did a 3 lb meatloaf, and ate last piece today. I might substitute lb of pork for lb of beef next time.
