Just a little Jerky

    8 lbs of London Broil sliced and marinated in Walton's Cajun Jerky and Walton's Bold Jerky mixes.

    In the house with the PID set to 100* for 2 hours then ramp to 150* over the next 4 hours and hold there until done. Smoke provided by Pitmasters Choice when the ramp started.

  8. [​IMG][​IMG]Why you have to put it in the suitcase? You already have it packed with yummy stuff.. It doesn't need Ice. It would be cheap to ship to me! You wouldn't have to buy insurance. I insure you it would disappear[​IMG]
