5 pound eye of round select I believe that I sliced up on my Hobart meat slicer. Into about 3/16” slices. Marinated for 1 day and placed in my stick burner and smoked at 150 for 4 hours. I used propane pointed at a piece of oak wood to get my heat so low and smoke at the same time. I’m pretty happy with it. The family guests liked it a lot, so not bad for my first time

I'm trying to decide if you like them or not.
I usually go for at least 1 practice round before trying something on guests.

Yes it’s good stuff. Not too dry and lots of flavor. Couple more pics if the cooking process. I’m building a cart for it right now out of 1.5” .125 thick aluminum. Cut these pieces while it was smoking up. Got the legs going outward a little bit so it’s much more stable since this puppy is probably close to 100 pounds. Going to put it on casters and worried it will shake around some so I’m going to try and get the 2 swiveling wheels double locking
