Just a couple Butts with q/view

Got some butts on sale for $.99/lb

Trimmed the fat down on them and scored the remaining fat. Rubbed and into the smoker @250°. At the 6 hr mark I foiled.

Pulled once they were 200-205° and probe tender.

I love the nice bark that we got from this

Thanks everyone. Was at one of the local stores yesterday and they had butts at $1.49/lb. Not the best price ever but I may have to get another one or 2 to do.
