Hello eveyone..I was doing a search and stumbled across this forum and decided that this is the place to be! I've been a casual smoker for a few years and have both a WSM and Green Egg. I've mostly do ribs, butt, and chicken, but also several sausages (including Boudin and Andouille from my Louisiana roots). Next up is working on brisket skills and giving bacon a try. Look forward to meeting everyone and sharing.
