Wow I just noticed the roll call. Sorry ... I have been following SMF for a while now but only joined a few weeks ago.. this forum is very helpful in all aspects from starting coals to catering to reviews on products. Im far from being a pro im just a guy that loves tenderness, flavor and a great smoke ring. Im located in Connecticut where it is thought to be in the propane region of the US, :-) well for the record we know the difference between grilling and BBQing :-). However curing meat is new to me which SMF assistance helped me to begin that craft.
I have Smoke Hollow 4 in one grill and a masterbuilt 40 XL which I modified with a spear cabin to use as a smokehouse. I will post pic of this mod in the masterbuilt xl mods forum.
