Go stock up! Website shows good through 2/24. I picked up one yesterday, but I'm getting another big boy today cause I'm gonna cut the Coppa out of each for drying and the rest for sausage.

Man that's cheap haven't seen prices that low in a while, Last Pork Butts I bought were at $1.27 lb.  I did stock up

What a deal, don't see that too often, loss leaders, last time we had a sale like that I was cooking PP for just about everyone I know, busy weekend, froze a bunch too

Maybe I was spoiled but last year I had one of our high end butchers have pork shoulders at 99cents per pound. So far I haven't seen anything close to that this year. Would like to get a couple more for the summer. Also trying to find some bellies for a decent price but I almost lost it when I saw the price at the store last week.
