Thanks Gary. We'll take cloudy and warm over the snowy and cold here in NJ...wont stop us from grilling though. BTW that's some smoker set up you have, I'm trying to find custom grill builders up this way...may have to order and ship from TX.

 I am a NJ boy by Birth and ND raised. I to was very happy to find this SMF and joined also. I grew up enjoying fishing and hunting and have always enjoyed learning how to process everything myself along the way. A few years back I decided to try my hand at raising my own baby piglets, so this is how I found the SMF while surfing the net for more info.

I been finding out for myself while surfing the overwhelming amount of info posted here, there is a great bunch of experienced members who are friendly and more than willing to help or point you in the right direction. I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to be a part of this SMF.
