Hi y'all, I'm trying to startup my own little jerky brand and was wondering how to go about packaging it. Specifically, is it better to use oxygen absorbers or a nitrogen flush machine? Or is there not much difference? Already know that I gotta get high barrier rating stand-up pouches. Thanks for taking the time!
