I made another batch of these last week for the football games. Here are the simple ingredients :
Everything is mixed together but not so much as to mush the shredded cheese.A little cream cheese ball goes in the center of the meatball.
A before and after pic of the goodies,I did a hickory smoke at 225* for about 2.5 hours.
Here is a money shot, they are easy to make and delicious! they were much better than the bad football !
