hey all. Long time listener, first time caller. I’ve done these ribs before but never posted them. If you haven’t tried them, I definitely recommend it:

So anyway, went with 3 slabs of Back ribs from Costco. Two of them I did with Jeff’s Coffee brine and jeff’s rub Coffee added. The 3rd I did a standard sal, brown sugar, water brine, and jeff’s rub without Coffee added. Ribs have been on pecan wood and charcoal in my offset smoker for an hour now.
Here’s some photos. You can clearly see which ribs had the coffee and which did not.
