Hey everyone my name is Justin I am 24 live in Cleburne Texas just got a 14.5 WSM did a lot of research and went with the Weber. Seasoned it yesterday and did a three pound pork loin today and it was awesome. I have smoked briskest growing up but that's about it. I am excited about my new smoking toy and will be smoking anything I can. I have already got a lot of advise from here before my purchase so know that I am a fellow smoker thought I would join.:sausage:
