The daughter and her family are coming over this afternoon so why not smoke a brisket! Picked up a Choice 14.4#'er, trimmed to 11.3# and went on the MAK at 5:30am set to 180º. Bumped to 275º at 7am. Moinks were made yesterday and are hanging out in the fridge until 1pm. Let see if I remember this time to take progress photos...
