It's been a while...

I haven't logged in here in a while so I thought I would just re-introduce myself. I'm still smoking on my original smoker (the one in my avatar) however it's not that clean anymore! I'll probably spend a lot of my time in the pork section as I love smoking pork butts. I do ribs and chicken every now and then and occasionally a turkey around the holidays but pulled pork is my favorite. It's good to be back.
