Well I can finally post again after 2 weeks of not being able to use my right hand, had carpal tunnel surgery.

I blame it all on SMF! Spend waaaay to much time reading and posting.... lol.

My wife grounded me last weekend. After the sausage and ribs. Something about being to good and having trouble not eating them.

My wife made me promise to eat up all the leftover meat in the freezer before I smoke more. I guess that means that I'll have to smoke some abt's and cheese since they aren't meat right?
