Welcome to the best BBQ forum on the web, where you will find friendly and technically sound advice.

Here is your first friendly advice...don't mention liquid smoke 'round these parts...it could set off the alarm...

We like to get our smoke flavors the old fashioned way...on a smoker, but I understand your dilemma living in an apartment.

I'm sure you will enjoy the time you spend with us, we have lots of recipes - not just smoked meat though that is what we do best.

Good luck and good smokin'

Have you ever seen the indoor smokers that look like a roasting pan, aluminum with a cover and a space inside for wood chips.

Use on a kitchen stove or a propane barbeque.

Walmart or any good outdoors/barbecue store should carry them.
