Hi, I'm out west in Los Angeles and my family just bought me a Chargriller Deluxe for Christmas!!! Just thought to subscribe since I'm always reading about what and how to make it cook better from your forum posts.  The few foods grilled on it have all been really tasty.  I've already added some Nomex gasket, auto enamel (paint) and RTV silicone sealant and the grill/smoker has improved exponentially already!  Soon I'll have the side fire box and things will really get fun!
