Cooled down 25 or 30 degrees resting. Then I stuck it away . Saved all the juice too. Lol

Wasn't much of a smoke ring. But I didn't use much wood . 3 or 4 small chunks the first 3 hours. Sure was juicy and tasty [emoji]128077[/emoji] very pleased.
