Insulation help with electric smoker

I have an electric smoker that I am wanting to insulate. It is double walled with 1" of space. I wanted to use spray foam but it is only rated to 240F, but I have found that they make a Great Stuff Fireblock foam. Has anyone tried to use this product or any other recommendations?
