In the Spirit of Wurstfest , the annual 10 day salute to sausage festival in my hometown of New Braunfels, Tx. , I made a few rounds of Bratwurst this morning. All this before 10:30am.
Tamales are next because Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away and store bought tamales just don't cut it for me.

Actually Jimmy, half of them are already gone due to the football games on tv yesterday and I gifted some of them as well.

Is that a air powered stuffer?

It is a Dakotah water stuffer. One of the tools that makes stuffing a one man job. I think they run around $130 or so. This one holds 10 pounds.
