Really, I couldn't help myself! The pulled pork was calling to me, and the pickled quail eggs looked lonely! I'm certain the Tillamook pepper jack cheese would go bad if I didn't eat it!

Around 15 pounds of Snack sticks are in the smoker now for us to take to the boys in NM and they are about done. The bride requested baby backs for supper tonight, so those will go on soon.

About those pickled eggs, she and I leave on a road trip tomorrow. I'm certain the air will be sweet and fragrant! :devil:
