Not that anyone can ever get tired of pulled pork, ribs, fatties and sausages, but wanting to try something different. Any suggestions? Been awhile since I have been on here. TIA!

Smoked Shrimp is a favorite. Turkey is way underutilized. They meat Brine Cures well. Speaking of Cure, Canadian Bacon and Hams are tasty...JJ

Beef it up! Prime rib,Tri tip, beef ribs, burgers and reverse seared steaks are all tasty and mostly shorter smokes. Bacon wrapped chicken tenders or breast sliced like tenders Cornish game hens. Like JJ said hams are great it really kicks up the flavor of scalloped potatoes.
