Hi, I'm 53 years old and I've only been smoking for a couple years. Why did I wait so long? I started on a master built electric and I liked it then my wife got me a Lang 36" patio, reverse flow smoker, I love that thing. I smoke mainly ribs, butts and chicken, haven't tried a brisket yet, that's next. Thanks guys
