:eek::eek::eek: Alaska I could understand, but you guys raise a fair amount of beef don't you?

Yes we raise a large amount of beef in Alberta but the growing season is shorter so we are charged a premium for it, at least that what the government keeps telling us.. Last time I bought a ribeye steak it cost the same as a whitetail deer tag. Actually if it weren't for wild game i woundn't even eat steaks anymore due to the high cost.:(
 
Hey guys, I recently made beef ribs for the first time. I bought a pack around Christmas time and threw them in the freezer. They were on clearance, like 4 ribs for $3 I don’t remember.

I have no idea what I bought, I just grabbed them because they were dirt cheap.

But they were good and I’d like to make them again if they are not too expensive.

What kind are these?
