Hey Y'all. I love me some Country Style Ribs! So i cooked about seven of them this past Saturday.
I used to cook them 3-2-1 but i just smoke them to the IT of about 185 and let rest to about 190 IT to make them really tender.
I brush sauce on both sides at about 175-180 and let finish with the sauce sticking to the ribs to make sticky CSRs!

Just on the smoker with mustard and Chicken N Rib rub (Weber)
the smoker with the ribs and a pork sirloin for PP!
Cooked about half way through
Almost done! added some homemade sauce!
