I'm 'specting to do a crab boil next weekend. But not everybody likes Seafood, and many of my crowd don't even like smoked food.
I might have to diversify even more.
A buffet comes to mind... :confused::eek:

Lord knows. My Louisiana Boil dust is stuck in the USPS across town.
But my USPS is great and reliable. Best of the rest.
(T-Roy recommends Louisiana seasoning.)
But might try my hand at some on the BBQ following Carolyn.
It's kind of depending on my seafood lovers.

But all is tentative.
I was thinking about getting Uncle Sy and Cousin Vic in on it.
Cousin Vic did a mud bug boil after the wake for my Aunt (his Mom).
He lived in Louisiana for a couple of decades, and learned the ways.
