I've got 2 tri-tips in the cooler. One of them is getting the pulled beef day at the spa treatment. Was thinking about doing it brisket style, but the pulled kinda wins.Man that looks good! Too many chuck posts of late to ignore the obvious signs. Damn things just aren't cheap here. I'll look at the Commissary tomorrow and see what the price is.
