I am new here

Hello

My name is Chris, user name biashickory, I am new to smoking . I live in Orleans, Ontario Canada just east of Ottawa. I am retired so I have lots of time to enjoy my new hobby. I purchased a Masterbuilt electric smoker because a friend has one and it works really well. It is also easy to use, so he says. We will see. I am open to any advice offered. Thanks.

Welcome to the board! There's a Canadian group, look under the Groups tag.

Just one thing - you have to be a member of the group to post in that area, so if you ask questions there your answers can only come from those members, vs. the full board membership in the other areas of the board.
