Found some shrooms, bell peppers and ground beef in the refrigerator
Started the bbq fire then sliced and sautéed the bells
And the mushrooms seasoned them both with garlic salt and pepper
Formed palm size round meat balls then grabbed a coke glass to make divots in them and wrap with bacon slices
Put a layer of cheese at bottom, followed by bell peppers and mushrooms. Topped it off with cheese. Added a couple dabs of hot sauce and a wii bit of bbq sauce
On to the bbq for an hour at approximately 300 with indirect heat

taste was phenomenal. Would like some grilled onions but didn’t have any. Thanks for looking
