Great looking risotto! The lemon is a nice base for seafood, and the bit of smoke from the grill. Nice..............

Thanks Jim, this is actually Orzo vs risotto. Super easy and tasty…..we do make risotto time to time but Orzo added to a cream sauce is just so easy and quick!
