HUKKI Summer Sausage

Yesterday i ground up the meat for the SS.

The lady wanted the purdy flower shape so my wife told her, yeah he has those casings....YIKES, Me and the HUKKI casings dont get along very good.

So here they are. Ya gotta soak the heck outta the Hukki casings.

5 lbs stuffed and my wife said i wanna go here i wanna go there....OUI

So i got em hanging for tomorrow smoke.

Looks like they turned out real nice, but I find the lumpy shape a little disturbing! Although when sliced they do look pretty.

The HUKKI peeled much better this time. Cut and vac sealed this one, the others are vac sealed and in freezer for the friend.
