I'm Steve down in Channelview Texas. I recently bought a Smoking Brothers Pellet Smoker on the recommendation of a friend. I used to smoke briskets and ribs on a home made pit. I haven't done any smoking in years. I've used this thing 2 times so far and the convenience of it is nice. Hopefully I can learn more things. I plan on trying a turkey breast before Christmas.
