27 yr old Texas boy who loves smoking. I'm a cook at a bbq joint in central Texas but I bbq as a hobby as well. At work I cook on an Oyler and at home I use a regular Country Boy barrel smoker. Always looking for more advice to help me improve the craft. I look forward to learning from other smokers.
