Excited to be here, know there is a lot to learn in these boards. Will be using a weber kettle for the time being. Worked for a BBQ restaurant for years. But I'm no know-it-all.

Welcome to the site KB. I use a 22 inch Weber kettle extensively, myself. I find it a very versatile tool although they do demand your attention.
