Very excited to now be on this forum. I've been smoking meat for a few years now. I am by no means an expert. Still consider myself a novice at best. I use a Traeger wood pellet smoker. I'm really excited to learn a lot here. I currently live in Washington state but I am a proud Native Texan through and through.
